Liquid Filter Bags

Ultra-Bag fully welded filter bags come in a variety of needle felt materials: polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PE) and Nylon (NMO). All seams are welded, and combined with our positive sealing (polypropylene or polyester) welded rings, no process liquid can bypass through the needle holes because the bags not stitched but are welded.

Bag filters can allow particles between 1 to 1200 microns to get through the filter.

All our bags are available with plastic collar, or with stainless steel ring.

Polypropelene has good permeability and high streangth. It is corrosion resistant to acids and alkalis. It provides deep filtration with high dirt holding capacity for higher concentration of solids in the liquid. The particles are arrested at different layers of the depth to meet the required filtration. PP filter media is widly used in sewage treatment plants, food industries, chemical plants, pre treatment of reverse osmosis and many more.

Polyester is resistant to hydrolysis and chemical solvents and demonstrates very effective to to thermal sability. The polyester filter media is used more commonly in the industries such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical and many more.
